Shipping, Returns and Credit Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders received and payment accepted for in stock items by noon Pacific time M-F ship the same day (Holidays excepted). Orders for in stock items placed after noon, or on a holiday or weekend will ship the next business day.
If an item is out of stock, Simplifi will ship as soon as it is available.
Shipping Method
Simplifi ships all items via UPS. Ground transport is used unless otherwise specified by the customer. To estimate the number of business days it will take for an order to arrive, please click here.
Do not count weekends, holidays, or the departure day when estimating arrival dates.
Notification:
Consumers will receive a tracking number the day after an order ships.

United States users can track their shipments here.
Shipping Location:
For credit card payments, Simplifi will only ship to the credit card Bill To address.
Returns:
Simplifi offers a thirty day money back unconditional guarantee. Customer pays return freight for any returned goods, including warranty. Simplifi will authorize refunds within one week of any returns.
International shipments:
All international customers are responsible for import duty and taxes. These items are not pre-paid by Simplifi. International shipments outside of the Americas go UPS Air.
Credit:
Simplifi will only extend credit to Authorized Dealers who have meet Simplifi’s credit policy. All first orders are prepaid.
