For all domestic shipments except the amplifiers, Simplifi uses Amazon to fulfill the orders. This means that the order will be shipped from Amazon, even though you ordered directly from Simplifi.

 International and amplifier shipments will ship from Simplifi's facility. International customers, please contact Simplifi. Shipments from Simplifi use either US mail  or UPS. insurance for the value of the item is included in either case.
