Returns: Simplifi's returns policy depends on the product purchased:

For hardware items, there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Goods must be returned complete and undamaged to Simplifi to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the value of goods and tax (if any). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping.

3D Blu-Rays that have been opened cannot be returned. Simplifi will replace any defective Blu-Rays.
